Dr Kruse explained the process and allowed us all the time we needed. She prayed with us and for Otis. She sat with us after making paw prints and hearing stories about our Bean. We couldn't have done this without her loving compassion. Otis was home surrounded by his family and Graycen got to say her goodbyes to her brother as well. If and when you need these services I highly recommend Angel Wings.

After getting the run around for months from a very highly regarded clinic that's much closer to our house I started calling around. From the jump PVVC was the first place that didn't make me feel like getting someone on the phone was an inconvenience. My dudes ears were extremely infected. It wasn't enough to qualify for an emergency, but needed to be addressed quickly. They got him in the same day and treated him with so much kindness and care. It was great. We had our follow up today and was met with that same level of care. I'm not one who has a lot of triggers, but I was asked before his vaccinations if I needed to leave before they got out any needles. That meant a lot to me. They care about their humans as much as the pets. Even though it's out of the way, I will continue to support Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic because honestly, they provide a level of care I've barely recognized in hooman hospitals.
