However, this review is in relation to billing practices and customer service. On 2/26/16, I received a call from someone saying that they were going to send me to collections unless I paid my $50 co-pay bill. Considering I'd never received any notice of a bill and always paid other bills, this was very alarming. The person said they'd email me and mail me a copy. They never emailed me and the receipt on the item was 1/20/14 which is amazing that they couldn't contact me for 2 years and then they immediately planned to send me to collections. In addition, the bill had their old address. If they want to get paid, they might want to include the new one on the bill and not just on the envelope. I hope this isn't how you now do business as the person who used to work as your admin was great. This lady was abysmal!
