I would give this con artist zero stars. Firstly he sold me two tires for $50/Each. After they…read moresnapped one wheel stud off and stripped another on both sides of my vehicle. so I'm currently running 4 lug nuts in the rear of a 5 lug pattern and have to buy new studs and lug nuts . So, I Drove home didn't leave the house. Come out the next morning to drive to TN 350 mile drive one way and the tire was squeaking and seemed off balance so I pulled to the side of the road and checked the left rear tire. This owner of the shop sold me a tire that was plugged on the outer tread wall AND PAINTED OVER ! I brought it in and told him about it I waited approximately 20 minutes to be seen. Showed him the discrepancy he didn't hesitate to get to fixing the issue, which I thought was in the right direction Boy was I wrong! He brought back a tire that is one stage above the tire I had taken off of the vehicle. So as the owner tells his worker to put the busted tire on my rim as replacement he walks off and i stop the gentleman before he can and I inspect the tire, as everyone should. The country bumpkin worker got upset and decides to open his mouth and put his two cents in and ask me what's wrong with this "great" tire and my answer was simple, he sold me a $50 plugged and painted tire, then the country bumpkin proceeds to tell me that ALL used tires are plugged..I stopped him right there and told him "no bro they are not, used means used not damaged which is what this is". He didn't like what I was saying so he left the tire and me sitting there while he went and put fuel in his jacked up truck, literally. Now the owner comes back over and starts to get to the job that he handed off to the worker at first an so I asked him if this tire was $50 as well he tells me "oh, your not paying for this one" so I very calmly and politely said we all aren't dumb here by any means, he cuts me off and tells me "just stop talking". so I told him it's probably best he gets the tire fixed so I can leave. what this "owner" calls used is nothing but dry rotted painted plugged dangerous junk for premium used prices. I do not and will not recommend anyone else use this place for any service. Regardless of your situation. Nor will I ever return to this place. Which sucks because it is in a centralized location near my neighborhood but that don't mean jack diddly squat. If you are looking to put you or your family in danger GO RIGHT AHEAD AND PAY THE MAN! Seriously, I wish I made any of this up! your family safe and STAY AWAY!!!
