Whatever you do, don't rent from here absolute rental place from hell. And when you bring it back…read moreand tell them all the issues you had, they will try to charge your insurance. And when you try to call and talk to them about the situation, they will hang up on you and not answer your calls, And the very ignorant lady in the office will sit there and try to talk over you the entire time. We should've known from the get-go because of how the rental started already the AC and the generator were not working so they sent my mom to the shop with the RV and had her sit there for several hours while they fixed it. We left on our trip and packed our food for our camping voyage and lo and behold we get there and the refrigerator has completely stopped working and our food has gone bad. We received the rental right after someone else and they did not dump the sewage and it backed up into the trailer. We also had no luck with taking a shower because the shower started flooding out out of the bottom The trailer into the storage area, where it completely soaked all of our things that we had stored. Forget trying to use the awning wouldn't even go out a quarter of the way. And when you return it and tell them about all these issues, they will tell you nothing about discounts or how sorry they were or anything. They will just charge you for running the generator longer because on the form it says you need to run the generator to get the battery charged enough to run the refrigerator so that that's what we tried to do And apparently, we ran the generator too long because they charged us for extra hours . Never ever ever rent from this place zero Customer Service. They just want people to rent from them so they can get their trailers fixed through other people's insurance. Would never recommend them to anyone . There were no broken pieces inside of the RV when returned so that doesn't make any sense. The actual Renter is my mother and my stepfather who I accompanied on this trip. And yes, things got heated on the phone call when I kept trying to speak and was being spoken over. When trying to voice my concerns and feelings they would just talk louder . Still zero accountability for all of the problems that we had with the RV.

We are new travel trailer owners, and shortly after bringing our RV home, we experienced an…read moreelectrical issue that would have required us to bring the trailer back to Happy Daze RV in Gilroy which is over an hour from our home. The Service Team responded to our concerns and took the time to understand what had happened. What impressed us was their approach to the problem. The initial conversations, the in-person diagnosis and the investigative work, helped us understand the real cause of the electrical problem. They remained focused on figuring out what was happening and getting us back on the road. As it turned out, the electrical issue originated with our home electrical connection and was something I had overlooked as a new RV owner. Throughout the process, Jennifer and her service technician, Pete, were patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us understand the issue and resolve it. Jennifer and Pete went above and beyond. What stood out to us is that Happy Daze isn't simply a dealership that sold us a product. Their service after the sale gave us something equally important as new RV owners--peace of mind and trust that we have people we can turn to when we need help. There is a lot to learn when purchasing your first travel trailer, and having a service team willing to investigate a problem, explain what happened, and help you through it makes a tremendous difference. Thank you to Jennifer, Pete, and the Happy Daze RV Gilroy Service Team for taking care of us and providing amazing customer service. You earned our trust, and that means a lot to us as new RV owners. Feel free to reach out if you need more details and insight.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I'm concerned that this company generates More revenue from charging people for damage, than actual rental services. There was superficial aesthetic scratches as you can see in the photo. We were told, that these tiny scratches are worth 25% of the entire cost of the part ($1400). Do you think these scratches justify 25%? In reality, it's more like 0.1% of the cost. --so how many customers will they do this to? 10? And reap a 250% return on this part? -HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. I'm all for paying for damages but this is ridiculous. The money maker is charging customers for cumulative replacements. You're NOT SUPPOSE TO PROFIT OFF DAMAGE CHARGES. Or is that the entire point of this business? If you've been ripped off by this business, please reach out, as we may be interested in class action litigation.

They only have one person working on Sunday so I waited over 2.5hrs to make my return. Waited outside their gate for 40mins. Another rented was already waiting. The only person there takes 45mins to do his return inspection. After waiting for near an hour the renters in front of me finally got escorted off the property. Upon inspecting my rentals he pointed out a scratch on my jetski rental. The scratch was pretty superficial. The seadoo sparks are made mostly out of plastic and polytec unlike traditional jetskis that are made of mostly fiberglass. Fiberglass damage needs repairs to prevent more damage to the surrounding fiberglass, however, the plastic and polytec damage does not need to be repaired. The small scratch was the size of a pinky fingernail clipping from a part that was nearly the entire surface of the ski. Basically the area you would stand on. The parts price was quoted at ~$1200. His inspection required me to pay for a 1/4 of the $1200 part and 1/4 of the labor it would be to replace the part. A quarter of the price was ridiculous in my opinion. I asked if he could give me deal and give me 1/10 of the cost for parts and labor. It seemed more reasonable than paying over $300 for a scratch in some polytec/plastic that was likely intended to take some abuse. I was surprised he was even considering that small scratch as damage. It blow my mind that they would do this kind of BS to a customer. By the looks of it, this has happen before. The pictures indicate the part that would be replaced. Again, my scratch was the size of a little fingernail clipping. The part is massive in comparison to the scratch.
