Good food, good service, great dessert! Pretty posh. We tried the leek soup with popcorn crusted prawns (I'd give it a 3.5 outta 5), tagliatelle with ragú (5 out of 5, in my opinion, and the true spaghetti Bolognese as the rest of the world calls it), lasagna alla Bolognese with spinach noodles (definite 5/5!), the pasta made out of eggs, breadcrumbs, and cheese (my toddler looooooved that one. 4/5 imo), a kinda forgettable ravioli with potato and Gorgonzola (3/5), and the desserts were fanTAStic!! Orange creme brûlée (5/5), mille feulle with mixed berries and marscapone (7/5!!!! K, so max 5, but I couldn't get enough of that. It was magical.), and the "iced cone" which was this incredible honey semifreddo shaped like a cone and rolled in almonds and honeycomb on a bed of melted hazelnut and chocolate nougat (like, whoa. 15/5. Jk, but seriously so awesome.)
Worth a visit if just for the desserts! read more
