Its a bike of a ways out (Northfield) but Google Maps got me there. I was promptly greeted and Martin was waiting for me. They loaded him up in my trailer and off I went. Two weeks later no refund so called them, was first told to seek redress through PayPal but told the nice woman that PayPal app directed me to them, the merchant. Then said she needed management guidance but they were gone for the day and she'd call me next day (today). Instead i get an email from "customer service" (an apparent misnomer) with a photo of the wrong flowers at my sisters door, telling me to call if I still have concerns. I am not impressed. If they straighten this out I may upgrade to like 2 stars, but not feeling optimistic so far.
