I've had good success with Gardner A/C repairs....
So far... I am finally getting, my house foundation serviced after
assuming responsibility since my Mom passed away in July 2nd, 2014,
and my Dad passed away in October 21st, 2014.. A 'new' Air
Conditioning unit was installed after the old one finally 'died'.. Since
then.... 'fire-ants' have been attacking the Contactor shutting down the
air conditioner.. Gardner 'did' come out and replaced the contactor..
Well... last night July 2nd, 2018.. The contactor was zapped 'again'.. I
called Gardner but there was no possible way to send a tech to the
house till July 3rd.. I slept in a house with no air conditioning... It was
steamy muggy hot.. It was cooler outside.. Well, I woke up, exhausted
enduring the overnight extreme humidity and heat... then at 9:15 am..
A service tech did show up... But he was running late to another
service call that took precedence.. There was no form of sincere
explanation.. No expectation, no reason why this took so long.. It was
later determined, the DEFINITE PURPOSE CONTACTOR was later
replaced, and the Air Conditioning Unit works again.. My 'beef' is to see
that proper communication is vital to successful business expansion
and growth.. If an ugly duckling guy with a missing snaggle tooth, that
pays the bills and works for the State should get the same amount of
respect and some love as a hot blonde wearing leggings and tube top.. ;) (But, I did turn the power to the A/C unit off, over night, and when I went to Storm's Burgers for a very thin and weak Storm's Special.. The Tech
did return while I was gone, and I found the old part on the A/C... read more
