I had a frustrating experience attempting to obtain my medical test results from this office. The…read morestaff there is misinformed and untrained. Pure foolery. How you don't know HIPPA laws as an healthcare provide. After requesting a copy of my records, I was informed that it is their "protocol" to withhold results until I speak directly with the provider. When I referenced my right to access my records under HIPAA, I was told I was incorrect. While I understand providers may prefer to review results with patients, this should not be a requirement to release records. Patients have the right to access their own health information, and being given conflicting information made the process unnecessarily difficult. Communication was limited to phone calls and a general contact form, with no clear way to reach a medical records or compliance representative. This made it challenging to resolve the issue efficiently. I hope the office reviews its policies and staff training to ensure patients are given accurate information about their rights and a more straightforward process for accessing their records.

I am 18 now, and ever since maybe around 15/16 years old, she has been treating me in a rude way. I do not know if it's because I was a teenager and she is only nice and nurturing to her children patients. Every time I come in with a concern, she always makes me feel like I am stupid and always say "Are you a doctor? So why keep self-diagnosing yourself?" I just feel like I take great interest in my health and if I experience something that is wrong with me, I research it on the internet and see if it's something that calls for a medical emergency. Also, one time she mis-diagnosed me! I would not recommend going to her if you are in your teens, as she may act a bit sarcastic to those who are an adolescent.

I reached out multiple times with no response. When I reached out again the following day, I was given a flimsy excuse about them receiving an email cancellation and the call being auto removed from their calendar. Given that Dr. Miller failed to meet the bare minimum, I'd strongly advise anyone who is looking for a reliable therapist to steer clear of her and look elsewhere.
