My son attended daycare here for 2 years after our original daycare closed down due to COVID. They…read morestill won't let parents attend most school events or even see their child's classroom because of COVID restrictions, but yet no one that works here is ever wearing a mask. . If parents DO ever get to attend anything, good luck finding out about it! Its almost like they don't want the parents to know anything or be involved. The director of this daycare is extremely uncommunicative with parents. I've called and emailed her several times with a few issues over the years, but never received a return call or email. The final straw was when they LOST my son's registration paperwork for summer care!! They called my husband at work to come and get him because they didn't have his paperwork and the classes were full. As if that weren't bad enough, they made my 4 year old wait in the office for 30 minutes until my husband could get back to him, instead of letting him at least go and play for a little while with his friends. Some of the teachers there are really good (Emily in the 2s and Denise in the 3s were amazing!) But it's not worth the incompetence and silence from the administrative staff.
