Our driver John was on time, was very friendly with everyone, and allowed us to blast our music with Bluetooth and sing without complaining. The trolley was spacious to accommodate ~24 of us. We were really happy with this service, and look forward to working with them in the future.

Not only was Tom, our driver, on time(early actually) he hid the trolley around the corner for us until my daughter arrived and she was so surprised! The trolley itself was IMMACULATE and decorated for the occasion--complete with a "getting married" sign on the back and white ribbons. It was beautiful. The trolley is equipped with Bluetooth so you can listen to music from your phone and we were allowed to bring our Mimosas on board! This company is so easy to work with, professional and FUN! I booked a ride with this service. It was booked for the wrong day in their system. In their…read moresystem the ride showed for the next day a full 36 hours from when the booking was made but my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY When I called and ended up canceling the ride it was exactly 24 hours from the booking. The dispatcher told me he would cancel the ride and provide a refund. I emailed the next day about the refund, ended up getting a phone call back from the manage, Gary, who told me they had a policy that didn't allow for cancellations inside of 24 hours. Keep in mind the cancellation occurred exactly 24 hours out. Having said that the manager said he would refund my ride MINUS $18 for credit card processing fees which is crap but I was willing to take what I could get as the total ride was $252. Rather be out $230 than $250!! It is a week later and 2 emails later still no refund and no response from the business!!! Plenty of car service options in Brick and the surrounding areas, buyer beware on this one!! In this case one would be better with an Uber!

I can happily say I'm sorry I didn't find this car service years ago, I would have saved a fortune. Mark charges $115-$120 to Newark airport and my former limo company charges $195 for the same service and saving $75 to $80 and keeping it in my pocket works for me. Plus his cars are very new and very well kept, no foul smells or filthy seats and he and his drivers are truly top notch. Like all of my reviews, I always lay everything right on the line and NEVER recommend anything unless it's top flight. If you use this car service you'll be very pleased and keep an extra $75+ bucks in your pocket. You won't be disappointed.
