The location in Caro was perfect for day trips to different areas along the shores of Lake Huron. We are also into geocaching and found several within walking distance. Breakfast at the Himelhoch is fresh, plentiful and prepared to order, coffee is hot, and the wrap around porch the perfect setting. The proprietor is also generous with the amenities, offering a hot tub, bonfire, and a fully stocked game room that's always open. Our room was clean, comfortable and cute, bathroom was spacious. I would definitely stay at Himelhoch again!

Attentive, very friendly & superb attention to detail. The property owner, Don is so nice & humble. He has established such a beautiful place to relax. The entire place has beautiful decor, top-tier cleanliness. (Which is very important to me). Super comfortable king size beds, retractable tv's, and large soaking tubs was exactly what I wanted & needed. I honestly wanted to make sure that I mentioned everything that made this a great experience. Since so much thought & consideration is taken into making a great stay. Location is terrific, prices are reasonable, and Myra is just a wonderful host. I recently went to Frankenmuth with my wife and 6 mo. old to meet up with both sets of grandparents for a weekend of fun and excitement. Leading up to the trip it was my job to find us a place to stay. All hotels within walking distance to Main St. are ~$200 each night where this B & B was much, much lower. There were 3 bedrooms and we were able to get all 3 for the visit which worked out perfectly. There is one bath upstairs but an emergency one on the main floor that is considered Myra's but she typically doesn't mind. There is also a nice 2nd story patio that was really relaxing at night and during the early morning hours. Myra provides all the fixings that a typical B & B provides but for those big breakfast types, there are places within walking distance to eat. I WILL be back staying at Tuscola B & B, just when is the question. Everyone in our party were very satisfied and are hoping that next year will work out for each side of the family.
