Machose Contracting - Inside the 3 season room with roof leaking.

Machose Contracting

Had this company put a 3 season room onto our house 7 years ago. We've had a bad roof leak just…read morethis past few days . I called to have it sealed and the owner told me he's now retired and the company is closed even though. The website is still up as being an active business.

This business is negligent, sloppy, irresponsible, and careless. Their projects are poorly planned…read moreand poorly supervised. The three laborers Rick sends out to do the jobs are courteous and work hard but have very little experience and need better guidance. This results in poor craftsmanship and disorganization on the job site. Most important to mention, THE OWNER abandoned our project, sent back our remaining orders and kept the money leaving us with a project not even half complete and poorly constructed anyway. Finding windows for the aluminum frame is difficult without knowing the name of the company he orders from, and regular replacement windows will not work without special engineering for attachment. He did leave me with a bunch of vinyl siding that did not go up that is taking up our garage space and the siding that did go up, will have to come down because water leaks right down through the inside wall and to the floor. They have no idea how to make it stop leaking and I suppose that is a major reason why they abandoned the project, NOT because I called you a "j*ck*$$" Rick, like you claim is your reason. Now, Rick will not even answer our calls. This is not a joke, and these are only some of the issues. Go to ANY other contractor than Machose Contracting. He is not even honest. You know who this is Rick! PS. I am required to click at least one star, or the review won't seem to post. Obviously, I give no stars. I give this : (

Plantique - A warm, welcoming front!

I wanted to update the landscaping in our yard and have the old, dangerous rock stairs removed…read more From the very beginning, working with landscape designer Michael at Plantique was an amazing experience. He created a stunning design, incorporating boulders we already had on the property, and turned the space into an absolute masterpiece. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and worked seamlessly together. They kept us informed every day, always checking in to make sure we were happy with the progress. We truly felt heard and involved throughout the whole process. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results! See for yourself in before and after photos. Highly recommend Plantique.

I can always tell when my neighbors has this company come in to do work for them. And that's…read moreusually by finding the outlying damage left by the Plantique crew. Several years ago they hired this company to install a drainage system. During that project they broke a section of the sidewalk at the joint and parked one their trucks in front of our driveway. I only knew this by reviewing the security camera footage to figure out where the huge puddle of motor oil came from. Fast forward to 2026 and I see not much has changed with this group. I get home from work to find the property stake broken and laying in the front yard. I can't figure out how that's possible when the project they were brought in (new mulch beds) on my neighbor's property is 50ft from the stake. Most of the new grass coming up from overseeding I had done... trampled by the Plantique crew.
