When we lodged a complaint with the corporate offices we were told they, "We do respect those that have served ... active military or veteran ... but we no longer allow discounts on any building supplies." Since their primary business is a building supply store, what good does it do to even offer one at all?! My comment in reply to their statement was, "Actions speak louder than words. I don't believe that your corporation does respect the military." We shall be shopping now at their competitors.

Finally a polite guy named Jeff came and helped me. he grabbed a lift and got the freezer and brought it for me to the front. He also brought it out to my car and lifted it into my suv. He also advised me to not plug in or change setting for 24 hours. very helpful and polite and wanted him to get praise!
