I heard a few guys at the gym mention this location so I finally came to check it out. They were right about the prices on items; lower than most supplement type of stores/shops in the area. Customer service was great; I walked in knowing what I wanted and all my questions were answered on other products (They even let me borrow their funnel for my pre-workout). I will say they don't have a huge selection of products compare to bigger shops, but they do carry all the essential items. I purchased a pre-workout (Stand size Adrenolyn Bulk for $35) and some creatine (6 Lbs Cell Tech for $30) for under $72, now that's a deal. Highly recommend this shop. I drove 5 miles to come here. The website said they would be open at 10am. They weren't open. I waited and waited. I Ended up using the money I was going to buy my supplements with just eating at Express Grinders. I came out and they still weren't open. It's going on 11am. I understand things happen, but there wasn't even an answer when I called. I'm not coming back. I know there's good revirws, but I won't return. I walked in and the owner acted like I was bothering him while he sat there and watched Instagram reels. No prices on anything, so you have to ask, which isn't a big deal but All my questions were met with one word answers. They use to be a place of deals. Recently purchased pre workout upon opening the pre workout noticed that the seal was broken. Attempted to go in and exchange pre workout not return but exchange. Also noticed that pre workout wasn't the same formula since I have been taking this pre workout for 4 months and Ingredients and label was different. Came here all the way from Riverside 30min drive to get some fat burners, good selection but the customer service was horrible. I always get a certain fat burners online, because no one ever seems to have them in stock I didn't mind the drive and paying extra just to get the pills today. But man was the customer service bad. In the past I've had a great experience here,big J is a good guy and has great products at his shop but I'll tell you what, depending on who's working there will determine the prices.I always get the same protein it's never on sale(which is fine because it's already a good price) and the last couple times I've once I got the same pre-work out as well, I went in there today and there's some younger Hispanic kid work in there and out of nowhere the prices are hiked up $15-$20 on a container of protein and an extra five dollars for pre-workout. I asked the kid when did the prices go up here he says they have always been that price to his knowledge, I told him no, I came here less than a month ago and got the same products for a lot cheaper then he made comments like "oh well that's not expensive to ME" "you can call jay if you want". This place has a good variety of different supplements and the prices are lower than most supplement shops. However, their customer service SUCKS! A while back there was a woman working there who recommended a pre workout to my husband and swore up and down that it was the best thing ever made! She told my husband that if it didn't work out for him, he could bring it back without a problem. Taking her word for it, my husband purchased the pre-workout, tried it out and hated it. It did absolutely nothing for him. So we end up coming back and returning the pre workout because this girl said we could, only to be confronted by a nasty attitude. She proceeds to tell my husband that she would NEVER recommend anything else to him because nothing worked for him....What??!! He tried ONE pre workout! So this means nothing else in the store might work for him? Are you serious!!? What kind of customer service is this? If you cared about your customer, you would recommend something else. She was also the one to mention we could return it without a problem as long as it wasn't used up. Because of this woman, we haven't returned and probably would never recommend this place to anyone else because of their lack of good customer service.
