Nutrition shops can vary wildly based on the personalities of their owners, but this guy is really chill and laid back. He doesn't try to up sell or pressure you. He will, however, answer your questions and give you recommendations. And he'll remember you. I came in with my grandma once and he asked after her the next time I came in. He will also stand by his products. If something is wrong with it, he is willing to make it right. A product I bought hadn't mixed fully and when I showed him, he was perfectly happy to switch it out with a different one. I have since moved to Washington, but I'll miss this place. I went out of my way when I lived in the area to give this shop my business, and you should too.

I was craving a veggie sandwich and my 3-year-old daughter wanted a smoothie. We ordered the vegan hunk and strawberry & banana smoothie and MY GOODNESS...I had no idea a vegetarian sandwich could taste THAT good. I inhaled the whole thing faster than I'd like to admit haha. It was such a great balance of crunch, fresh ingredients, and seasonings. 10/10 would recommend! I also got the potato salad to try and you can really tell it's homemade. Perfectly seasoned and amazing textures since she adds homemade sun-dried tomatoes and homemade dill pickle juice in it. My daughter finished her smoothie in the car by the time we got home haha. She loved it and gave it (a literal) two thumbs up. Everything was so tasty! We can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! Everyone needs to stop wasting their money at those big franchise sandwich places and support this amazing small biz instead!!! If you're going to spend $10 on a sandwich, opt for the best and go to Complete Health Store. You will not be disappointed!
