Instead, they make you feel judged and looked down upon, which is the last thing anyone needs in a medical setting. After countless attempts to reach out, I finally heard back, only to be told they wouldn't refill my prescription without another $200 visit. This is for a medication that costs less than $20 for a 3-month supply--but when you factor in the cost of these unnecessary visits, it quickly adds up. Now, I'm left to suffer through withdrawals due to their delays because I refuse to pay them another penny. This place is clearly more interested in money than in patient care.
