When I saw a video of the job they did at the Fraser Fire Department floor, I was sold. I actually reached out to Fraser FD and asked how the floor was holding up. They told me it had been approximately 6 years since they had the floor done, and it still looked like brand new. Max was very helpful in the process from setting up an appointment for an estimate, to keeping me apprised of the process leading up to installation. The employees were on time and couldn't be friendlier. They cleaned up upon finishing the job and answered all my questions. The floor is absolutely beautiful. And it has a lifetime warranty. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. They were communicative in some traffic delays coming out. They gave me the perfect price and perfect timing for work to be done. In the show room we worked with Rich and he knew everything about the products and made us feel comfortable. He did not pressure us and made sure that we were selecting the best product that would work for us and our needs (which is unlike other larger companies in our area). Wonderful products and service. His son did the installation. We had a complicated project with nice hardwood laminate that was put into several rooms. First they had to tear out several different types of flooring and make sure all the rooms were all level. This was complicated because we had several years and layers of laminate from the previous homeowners. His team was on time, worked hard and in the end their work was beautiful! This is the best flooring company in the canton, Livonia, Plymouth and Westland area. You will get individual service because the people care about their customers and it is family owned. I will be using this company for all my flooring needs in the future as well!
