Top tier service and product with Garage Experts of the Rockies/Brandon and GarageFX Flooring! I could not be happier with how my garage floors turned out and with the service provided. Brandon, the business owner, was detail oriented, had tidy workmanship, was extremely easy to work with and helpful with moving things for me that had nothing to do with the job. I paid $5,500 to have 3-car attached, and 2-car detached, garages concrete floors coated. The job isn't just about slapping a coating down. The original rough and stained garage floors cement were ground on to prepare them and then cleaned up. Then the first coating of epoxy was carefully applied in each garage with the base color I chose. I had many choices of how I wanted the finished product to look and feel, abrasive-wise. The next coat, of variously colored surface chips, in the exact size I preferred, was added last. That was all on the first day. On the second and final day, the excess color chips were removed and the surface was smoothed out. After that, the final clear coat was put on. (I hope I remember this correctly and that Brandon will comment if I didn't). I have recently (September 2017) moved to Loveland, Colorado and this was the one and only business that I can give an excellent rating to. They did what they said they would, when they said they would and for the price they quoted. I recently also hired an exterminator, a carpet company and a plumber. I had to call them up to find out when they would complete the job, more than once, each. One is still not complete. You can't go wrong with Garage Experts of the Rocky Mountains. read more

I did not anticipate the day when I would leave the garage door open for a dinner party -so I could show off our new garage floor. But that's just what happened last week! The new floor was a critical element in our garage make over and we like the outcome! Brandon Stille's competence and his professionalism were obvious throughout our experience. He returned my phone call promptly. He arrived on time for the initial appointment. He offered a clear appraisal of our situation. He responded to questions via email in a timely manner. I hired Brandon (Garage Experts), after seeing the job he did at a friend of mines. He's done 3 jobs for me now, my floor, wall storage units, and most recently a slat wall storage system. Brandon did many extra's that most companies would make you get another contractor out to redo. I'm going to have him out to put another slat wall system in soon, he is everything that read in these reviews. Everything that he has done is top notch and I would definitely recommend Brandon for anything Garage related. I've dealt with so many contractors of late being a new home owner and none have been as professional, prompt, and just get things done and work hard. From the first contact with Brandon he was punctual, friendly and professional. We had our garage floor done first and I could not be happier with it, The color is exactly what we ordered and the installation was performed exactly as advertised. We then ordered the cabinets, 14 feet worth, one with three drawers. Brandon kept us advised of the order process and was installing them the next week.
