After receiving 8 separate emails asking for my review. Here goes my honest review. We hired garage doors plus more LLC to hang a very expensive glass insulated garage door with clear glass panels to see through. Like you'd see in a restaurant. They did a great job, except they made an honest mistake. July 2024 when they installed the door they accidentally ruined one the panels but installing it backwards, the owner literally did it and apologized told me he would order a replacement. Flash forward to January 2025 and the door was not repaired, I contacted garage doors plus more they told me the replacement door was ordered. I also contacted the manufacturer CHI Garage doors who told me they had not received an order. Anyways it took a few more calls and emails and months than I expected but they did replace the door. Garage door wise they did nice work, but their communication could use work. And they do lie to customers, which I proved but contacting the manufacturer that they order from. It about a year for them to get the door replaced after they damaged it. read more

I recently had some issues with my garage door and the opener so I looked around and called Garage door plus they came out and did an estimate on my garage. It was $450. I thought the garage door opener that I had was bad so I went out and purchased a new one, so they got to my house and started working on it. They came to the conclusion that the old garage door opener was still good so they called me and asked me what I wanted to do. I said no put the new one in because I already purchased it. But when I got home, the old garage door opener was gone and so was the box to the new one. I was SMH Wondering why they took it upon themselves to take the old one I have left several messages to ask him where the old garage door opener was. They said they took it with them. I question them and ask them why. Why did you take my property when it didn't belong to you no response about three weeks ago. They texted me back and said when we are in town, we will bring your garage door opener back to you still no opener and still have not gotten back with me so the reason why I'm writing this is if anybody has any garage door problems Please don't call Garage door plus. They should not take peoples property without asking that's not good business. My suggestion don't use them read more

I highly recommend them. They know what they are doing. I called numerous other places to replace the rubber seal on my custom 12-foot fiberglass door, but none could, except for Garage Door Plus More. The owner himself came to help me. He removed the old seal, unwrapped a roll of rubber and threaded it through, no problem! Plus, he said he could custom make a replacement door when I am ready. I have an unusual garage door setup and am relieved to know someone that can replace it. read more

I needed a repair I could not accomplish. Did some research and decided to use local company even with these bogus yelp reviews. My experience was great, tech's showed up on time and work was completed and exceeded my expectation. Shawn & Brody we efficient and effective explained required work and were able to fix on the spot with their mobil repair truck. Great experience will use again if I need this service. Drove over there, 10 miles, sign said open, doors locked, 2 cars in the drive way. I called and got an answering machine and by the hours it gave, they didnt close for another 30 min. So, needless to say, I wont be going there again. read more

From my first phone call until my problems were solved, Shawn and his employees were kind, helpful and very concerned about my satisfaction. If you need a new door or opener or need one repaired, by all means call this company. As an added note, I have had my Hormann door and opener now for 11 years and the opener has a lifetime warranty. Doors were installed but the company said that since we purchased the materials from another contractor, they needed "order new stuff to get the job done the correct way". They claimed they were finished but the doors never worked properly. We asked them to come out and fix the issue then received a bill for an $85.00 service call. This is very unprofessional as this call would not have been necessary if the installation was correct in the first place. Avoid doing buisness here if at all possible. read more
