Called the 1 800 emergency number # talked to the person who told us someone would call back that night or in the morning. No one called. Tuesday still no one called even after leaving VM. No one cared to ask about our cars or weather we needed access into our garage. They only claim to service our area Thursdays any other day your out of luck. If your stuck do not call them. There are other repair services that are kind ,caring and helpful and will come same day, weekend and holidays Save yourself the aggravation of having to deal with this company. I wouldn't recommend a company who doesn't stand behind the company and their product. By far the worst customer service.

We had another company do it, and never had any issues with it. Then at our new house it was a car-wal installed garage system, it kept breaking on us and we weren't able to get out of our garage. The woman we spoke with told us they couldn't help us for another 3 weeks, and could not and would not give us any other repair people to call. This company is beyond disappointing, I would never recommend them.

It has been 4 months since a technician came by to take pictures of our issues and we have not heard anything since. They are easy and fun to purchase from. Maybe this is a one off situation but the follow up to installation issues or manufacturer defects needs more attention. Still love our garage door and feel it was worth the money invested.
