Had my 2 of my doors left open overnight because we thought it closed all the way but the second hit the bottom it would open back up as we came to learn. Happened half a dozen times. Before he replaced my doors they never did that, this was post install issues. Asked him to come check them out and troubleshoot it. He couldn't figure out why so he started getting upset at me and threw his hands up in the air (literally) "I don't know why they are doing that!" Not a solutions guy. He was more interested in shouting why there was nothing wrong with them. A moral person would have a more productive dialogue. Something sounding more like I'm not sure but if it does it again can you take a video and shoot it over to me maybe it will make sense if I see it.' Nope. You won't get a reasonable solution nor a reasonable approach if he's stumped. You'll get a frustrated, emotionally unregulated business owner instead. It was quite ridiculous to see how poorly he handled something as simple as this. I was very concerned as a security issue to my home.
