Stop looking for who to call and call them. I had a garage door opener that had stopped working. The technician came out (at the time he said he'd be there) and believed it was an easy fix (essentially just needed a tune up). I was only charged for the service call and he adjusted the smaller bay opener as well. The fix worked for several days and then broke again. When I called back, the technician came out the same day and explained that this was a symptom of either the motor or motherboard failing.
