New garage door opener

My 23 year old garage door opener went out on us so I did my research and found Garage Door Dimension on Yelp to my liking. I sent them a request for service and received a response very quickly from David. He was able to come the same day and replace the motor and track in less than an hour. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. What I liked was that he did not try to up sell me anything. He gave me all my options on the openers including showing me a small little piece that would have fixed my problem and would have saved me money in the long run. Very knowledgeable and honest young man. I wanted to upgrade my old noisy opener with a new and more silent one and that is what I chose and I am very very happy with my choice. Great experience with this company, highly recommended. David was awesome. Will use them again in the future if needed. Thanks David!

Brand New Springs 7-3-25

Just had Victor of GDD come over to service my broken springs to my garage door. I called the day before, to set an appointment for a between 9 am to 11 arrival time. This morning He and Gino were ready to go at 8:55 Nice! They were Very helpful and super friendly. Completed the work in about 15 minutes. I am very appreciative for the service and information he provided. I will definitely call GDD next time for my garage. I highly recommend! Great Job! 5 Stars

I didn't realize the pricing of the helium balloon numbers because I forgot to ask (or didn't think of asking- I was in a hurry) but I highly recommend that you do because for a 34in it was way overpriced for just one number ($10.99)--it wasn't until I got home and saw the receipt and looked at other places for their prices and noticed at least a $13 difference all together. ----Update: the price was for the helium and I was able to go on Sunday, but they closed that Sunday because of the rain. I ended up buying balloons elsewhere because I needed them, and they were nice enough to offer a refund. Overall, nice store and conveniently close

After working with 4 other kitchen cabinet companies, I knew I came to the right place. I appreciated the wide selection of cabinet lines at various price points that WSCW carried and was amazed at the discounts they extended to clients. Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable about kitchen design and was transparent about the pros and cons of various cabinet lines and was current with the latest design trends. She took the time to come to my home, measured my space and coordinate the design details. I know that I was a demanding client but Steph rose to the challenge and worked with me with unlimited patience and understanding. Thanks Steph for the great customer service experience and I can't wait to see our design come to fruition!

Run from these folks. My contractor went to them to order two cabinets with crown and filler to go…read morein our kitchen full of the same maker. The color we already have is no longer available, so we opted for a different color. No problem, we'll select the other color that is also in our house and still in production. I'll share the high level here. Imagine if this was a full kitchen of cabinets... The first delivery came. 1. The cabinet door was the wrong profile 2. The profile of the crown did not match the existing (which was provided at the time of order) 3. The finish is shiny when the existing sample provided at the time of order is matte. 4. There were additional issues with the construction that are no fault of the dealer. We requested that everything be replaced, based on the above issues. Their first offer was to only replace the doors, then they added the crown and finally after some back and forth about the boxes, these as well. We think, but since we do not have any documentation, we don't really know what has been ordered. We requested the order form be reviewed before they sent it to the cabinet company to fully review. Note that we have not received the original order in detail (when the contractor went back with the issues, he was shown the internal order form). After some back and forth, the representative said they would check on the sheen issue and were told the color we selected was not available in a matte sheen. It at least used to be because I have a sample. Then we offered to pay the difference to either select another available color in a matte sheen or custom match our existing cabinetry by the same manufacturer. On January 30th, the representative said that was not possible because the order was already in production. No order forms had been provided to us to review and approve. Fast forward to today, after pushing on the shop and the manufacturer, we receive an order form dated February 7th - EIGHT DAYS AFTER THEY TOLD US THE ORDER WAS IN PRODUCTION - and it is incomplete, mentions two different profiles, doesn't include one of two cabinet boxes, the doors, crown or filler. Again, since this company will not provide order forms to us or our contractor, we have no idea what has actually been ordered. So their website says this from the owner "AND YEAH, I'M A REAL PERSON EVEN THOUGH MY CARICATURE IS YOUNGER, BETTER LOOKING AND HAS MORE HAIR THAN I DO NOW. YOU CAN EVEN CALL ME AT (714) 285-9300, EXTENSION 1200, IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IT." And I call to talk to him. Rather than putting me through, they try to take the call. I tell the gal that we're past that. He's "on a conference call" and they will get back to me. That was this morning. So go ahead and call him, but unless you're a happy customer, don't expect much. Fast forward to the next business day, still no call back from Ron, The Real Person, who owns this company or the person screening my call. In summary; * The original order was incorrect. (I get it, mistakes happen) * They have not provided complete paperwork regarding the order, including the the finish awareness form, which requires OUR signature. * They have not been honest with us about their ordering timeline. * They have not communicated the production and delivery dates around this order
