How do you justify not drawing a CMP or at least a BMP or CBC? Sad I couldn't be in two places at once so I could be with both my mother at her neurologist appointment and father at the same time. I have been a patient at Integrity for several years. I love the PA that I see…read more However, their website states that their patients will receive same day appointments and makes a lot of promises that are simply not true. You cannot even contact them on the same day in some cases. The main complaint that I have now is that the employees do not wear masks. This is at a time when Alabama is out of ICU beds and Covid cases are out of control. You must wear a mask to enter the building where the practice is located but once you enter their practice, no one is wearing masks. This makes me very uncomfortable. I will be looking for a new doctor.

I'm the time I have been a patient at this practice, I've never seen a doctor, just Nurse practitioners. I called the practice on Tuesday with a flare up of a condition I have that can be serious if not treated. I left two messages on Tuesday explaining my issue and requesting an appointment. I received no call back Fast forward to my appointment today. I explained my visit was for the flare up that needed treatment, I was having an issue with dry mouth, needed refills and a referral. I was told it was too many issues and all they could handle was a 3 min exam and the refills I would need another appointment for the dry mouth concern and a referral. I'd probably be okay with that if visits were charged different fees depending on length of appointment but I paid a normal fee. Don't go here if you want care and concern or if you don't want to be just a number to them.

I just completed a month of Physical Therapy with Pro Rehab, following a work injury…read more I can honestly say I never expected to have such a great time recovering from my injury. Hunter, my PT, has got the best personality to keep things lighthearted & fun while being knowledgeable & assisting with recovery. The other PT, Jason is also great and they have a wonderfully sweet, caring & kind office assistant Nicole. This dynamic trio could not be better. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet these wonderful people. The Therapy room is exceptionally clean & inviting. As far as my injury, I was in so much pain before I started PT... I'm so grateful to be feeling so much better, thanks to Pro Rehab. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This is a great friendly atmosphere, up to date equipment and most of all very qualified Physical Therapist, Hunter Robertson, PT and Jason Shelby, PT. Caring and compassionate they will get you back on the road to recovery. I have had physical therapy several times. Pro Rehab far exceeds Hardin County Medical Center OPPT. When I called to have the excuse extended because he still felt terrible and had a high fever, they tell you to come back in for another visit because they don't just extend the school excuse. Of course he didn't feel better after 2 days, they just want to bill you and insurance for another visit.

I'm so happy he made the decision to use Dr. Gray as our family doctor, especially now that he is 66! I recommended Dr. Gray to my sister and her husband and they both quickly made appointments with her female and male nursing staff [respectively] and both were delighted with their visits. Thanks Dr. Gray! My visit was painless, the staff were professional and friendly, the office itself was comfortable and modern with a happy feel and was super clean with attention to detail such as bright colored foam pieces that almost looked like architectural features on the walls to absorb sound. She texts you a link to complete your medical history online which did take about 20+ minutes since I have a large family, hence a lot of family medical history to disclose. This paid off, as it was convenient, I didn't have to print any documents to take with me, and it was electronically signed on my phone and sent back to their office in plenty of time for my appointment. Dr. Gray herself is happy, pleasant, friendly, and a ball of positive energy! She listened intently, took notes on a small laptop she carried around with her and filled my prescriptions ASAP, which I picked up without issue at Publix. She provided hard-copy referrals for bloodwork, mammograms, etc., and get this - my appointment was on a Saturday -- what MD has Saturday appointments?!?!?!?! I think this was an anomaly, because I had a weekday appointment that was cancelled and the staff called me to reschedule on Sat., stating, "Dr. Gray got a little behind and is working Sat. to get caught up." I noted 12 Sat. patients as I signed in for my appointment. The wait was maybe 15 minutes and I think I spent 30 minutes between talking with her nurse and then Dr. Gray. She also owns a [my words] Medspa, and does procedures such as botox and also weight loss. I think it is called "Better Weighs to Better Health." I [and my sister] liked the fact that she will do your bloodwork in her office for a $10.00 fee, which is a nice feature. She is affiliated with Athens-Limestone hospital which is right across the street. My sister said that, at her recent appointment with the nurse practitioner, the office pictured, was relocating in an adjacent building and had become, or added on an urgent care feature. I don't have any details about this so don't quote me. Thank you Dr. Gray and staff for your kindness and professionalism - my family are so happy and confident we are in good hands with your office!
