During my recent visit, most of my walking was around the second level. As I browsed the merchandise, two employees said hello to me. I appreciated that they did not ignore me. I saw merchandise from brands and designers such as 7 for All Mankind, Calvin Klein, Karl Lagerfeld, and Mac Duggal. The store was having a 25%-off sale, so the final prices were fairly low. I picked out travel bags to buy. A cashier immediately rang up my purchase and thanked me.

I've visited several Express stores in recent years, and this location exceeded the others - at least on this particular trip. As I entered looking for a few specific items, I was quickly assisted by friendly staff who found me the style and size I was looking for, made recommendations, and secured a fitting room for me so I wouldn't need to wait. In the fitting area I was checked on twice to see if I wanted to try other sizes or colors. As it turned out, one item I liked wasn't available in the correct size. I was prepared to leave without it, but instead one employee checked the mannequins while another found the item online. I was pleased to leave with four garments that were exactly the fit and style I wanted, with one of the four being shipped to my home free of charge. The icing on the cake - there were Easter eggs with candy hidden throughout the store!

Sizes are also almost limitless, you can go high or low on the size chart - you can even be an infant! It's a seasonal happy place and you'll find everything from flip flops and sunglasses to ski gloves and goggles. Socks? Yep If you're a layer freak (no judgment) you need some Old Navy - because Old Navy is very OK if you cover up everything that you buy. And don't forget your seasonal scarf. Lots of those, too.

I consider most regular prices here to be moderate, and during my recent visit, the store was having a sale for Buy 1, Get 1 50% off, which made the prices more reasonable. I did notice, though, that many of the clothes were in colors that do not flatter my skin tone, such as brown and white. I recommend that the store offer clothing in more colors to match skin tones.

The clothing here--tank tops, t-shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, shorts, jeans, sweatpants, leggings, sleepwear, outwear, etcetera--still fits me. The clothing does not have the highest-quality fabrics and stitching, but it is acceptable. The prices are low to moderate. During my most recent visit, the store was having a sales such as BOGO for jeans, 40-60% off some sweaters, and 50-70% off clearance items.

This particular J.Crew Factory store is located in the Tanger Outlets shopping mall. When I entered this J.Crew Factory store, a salesperson immediately greeted me near the door. Ten to fifteen years ago, I loved J.Crew's clothing, but more recently, I have not liked the styles as much. (J.Crew, please bring back your styles from 10-15 years ago!) Nonetheless, as I looked through the racks and shelves of clothing, I found one t-shirt to buy for about $17. I did not have to wait in line to check out. The cashier immediately said hello, rang up my purchase, and sincerely thanked me.
