The appointment system online worked very well and sure enough, when our time came they were ready, no waiting. The shop is clean and comfortable. Because the appointment was for a half-hour, the guys were in no rush and really took their time to do a meticulous job. The place I was going prior to this didn't really rush, but they also weren't nearly as detail-oriented. Here, we asked for specific cuts and they delivered.
