She now needs root canals and implants in the near future . X-rays were compared before treatment and after treatment showing she was perfectly fine before orthodontics were started. She is now limited to playing sports needing a mouth guard and has to avoid foods that might cause tooth loss sooner than later. Never go to this practice.

Please stop contacting people without all the details for which you are charging balances for. It sounded like a full scam. Aside from that, I complained about the dental assistant that did the service to my daughter. He was unprofessional and decided to talk about the medical treatment directly to my 14 year old daughter as if I wasn't there. I only ended up in the Blackwood, Washington Township office following after my dentist who I used to see in Sewell. Now as much as I tell them I only want an appt with him they continuously make appt for me with whomever they want. While I was explaining my concerns to the hygenist in the room - Emily, I believe - she said that I was welcome to have the procedure done elsewhere. It was disappointing to be dismissed in such a manner and then to hear the "this is our office policy" as a standard response. I want to find a solution that puts my daughter's needs first. I also want to outline that, as a parent, I am not comfortable having my daughter in a room with strangers while she is semi-conscious. I work in a field where we tell parents NOT to allow their children to be in a room with adults they do not know.
