This PA told me to discontinue physical therapy since it didn't seem to be helping even though I had only gone two weeks. Wouldn't approve more physical therapy after I finished the approved sessions. Went a month without it till I could go somewhere else. Now I'm dealing with nerve problems in my hands and arms from it. I would never go to these guys ever again. They don't care or have their shit together. I've had better luck from St. James and St. Vincent's.

Took time to hear what I said and understood that "live with it" isn't an option in my eyes. He throughly reviewed my case and reviewed it with his mentor from Stanford, and gave me some options and what he'd do if he were in my shoes. He answers my many questions and makes sure I understand everything. He is very sharp and meticulously precise without the arrogance you often find in this profession. I would 100% recommend him, especially if you've struggled to find the right orthopedic surgeon!!

He told me "you have a heck of a life coming, because that doesn't hurt." when I told him it was painful. He did not care at all, and was very unprofessional. He did not wash/sanitize his hands, or wear gloves even after coughing several times. He left the room abruptly without another word after his rude comment, leaving the door open with me still in the chair. A few days later that same toe got infected, and it heavily impacted my ability to work, stand, and walk. I do not recommend this place or doctor at all.
