Your back is important and pain relief is key. When you go to the chiropractor weekly for a specified amount of time you will find your nerves are actually working again. Your spine is also connected to everything else in your body. You may find that some other things are starting to work better. I found I can stand on my feet longer at a time without hurting. I can bend over and pick things up and lift back up without getting a catch in my back. I can also work better since I am on the computer 8 to 10 hours a day 5 days a week. My neck used to feel like there was a permanent crick. Now I am 85% pain free in my neck. I have been only going for about 4 weeks but can feel the difference. He has given me simple exercises that have helped my neck, back and knees. He not only adjusts my joints but works on muscle knots to allow the joints to relax and go back into place with less effort. My hip was out and had been for weeks. After only 4 visits my hip was back in place and the pain was gone. Same for my shoulder.
