Just around the corner from Main Street next to a parking structure. It's a small little alley way that house all the fun cute butterflies hanging off the wall. The same concept as Collette Miller with the famous Angel wings scattered all over the place. One side of the wall is a massive mural of butterflies and flowers while the opposite side are butterflies. All different sizes and shapes hanging off the wall. You have the colorful wings lower down for that perfect photo op as well as smaller one hanging off the wall. A cute little walkway that's hidden off the Main Street. It's tucked in between the parking structure and city hall. A fun photo spot that's well maintained and clean. Alleyway was not messy one bit and in pretty good shape and clean.

There are two lakes at Fairmount Park and you can find these giant balls at the bigger lake (Lake Evans). I think this is a great thing for the city of Riverside. Bringing the community together through art. They had students from the Riverside Unified School District Help paint these floating balls. It looks so much better in person! A few notes: * Street Parking near neighborhood available, just a short walking distance. * There are other parking spots but limited. * Make it an all-afternoon event with your kids.. bring lawn chairs or walking shoes to walk around the lake * Bring your camera * Be careful of the uneven terrain near the edge of the lake! If you purchase a ticket to the Cheech, the RAM is included in your ticket price, or if you start at the RAM, the Cheech will be included that day. I came to the RAM this time around, specifically, for the 60 Miles East exhibit. This exhibit ends on 4/12, so make sure to swing by before then if you want to catch it. The exhibit contained many flyers, pictures, art, and even ticket stubs that brought me back to my childhood. It was in a clean and open space that made the experience enjoyable. This exhibit takes up only one room and there are other spaces to check out for additional art exhibits. I did notice less art, this time around, than in previous visits and many open spaces/walls were not taken up. Overall, I'm glad I got to enjoy this exhibit, before it ends, and it really highlights the Inland Empire's music scene as an important piece of diverse culture. Enjoy!

What stood out just as much as the artwork was the building itself, which is beautiful and full of character. I especially loved the courtyard, which provided a peaceful space to slow down and take everything in. The gift shop was also excellent, with a great selection of unique items that felt carefully chosen rather than generic museum souvenirs. Between the art, architecture, and atmosphere, it was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon appreciating creativity in a truly beautiful setting.

Just near the entrance, they have a very nice spiral staircase that takes you up through the various floors where exhibitions are shown. As you walk farther back into the gallery, there you will find the lower level exhibition rooms. Moving upwards, you can get there via the aforementioned spiral staircase, or they also have a stairwell in the back, if that is your preference. Either way, you'll move through the various galleries and see some great photographs, and some other artistic works. Located right in the heart of downtown Riverside, this gallery space is very easy to find. There's parking all over the area, so that should never be a problem for you. The way admission works as this space is that you walk in, and there will more than likely be a person at the reception desk who will guide you over to the right of the facility There is the reception desk where you'll pay your fee and be given a small little badge to put on your apparel.
