I bought a PreSonus 16:0:2 audio mixer and was most excited about it, only to be terribly miserable when I, after travelling back to my home country, found out that the mixer was defunct. To make a very long story relatively short, it took me months to get the mixer through the German custom (f****in assholes) but the people at Audio Palace worked with me the whole time, mostly took care of it and made sure that everything worked out. They even sent me emails after they had sent the repaired mixer to me (at their own cost!) asking if it had arrived and if everything was OK! If you want to buy audio stuff at the best prices, and at the same time be certain about that you will get great customer support.
