I called Christopher Daves to make an appointment for a meeting to come in to discuss setting up a plan to protect my assets he called me back the same day. I met with Christopher and he was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable to all the questions and answers in setting up my Trust. I had just gone through probating my mother's will. Her home was valued at $85,000 and only about $15,000 in other assets including cash. The small town attorney in Gatesville, TX charged me $3,000 which I thought was outrageous since her estate was so small. The total amount was not much more for setting up my Estate Planning and creating my personalized Trust that Christopher Daves prepared. I decide to do a REVOCABLE TRUST - putting all my assets including my rental homes and my LLC's into the trust so my trustee, upon my death steps in and continues to run business without dealing with an attorney or probate judge making an appointment. All my deeds, bank accounts and personal assets were transferred to the trust protecting me against any future losses or liability. Knowing I'm protected when my health declines in the future and I'm protected for any lawsuits or scams when I get older is such a peace of mine. When my personalized Trust was finalized and Christopher recorded all my deeds. I was given a binder with all my legal documents all in one place to have access to.
