I love the Starbucks is inside also . I love how Barnes & Noble has a kids program and that they can get a free treat at Starbucks. We also take part in the summer reading program where they get a free book if they read 10 books. I know the Barnes & Noble is going to have a really awesome selection and I love how they've been keeping a great stock of sprayed edge books , which are my friends favorite so it's my favorite to give her for holidays. I feel like they have their books group really well so that it is very easy to know where to go for what you need . Their game section is thoughtfully curated. I love to read the notes from employees about their favorite books. I know this is a chain, but sometimes when I'm having a bad day, I go in just because it feels like Home . I will say that their bathroom is pretty disgusting unfortunately. Most of the employees have been very kind and helpful, but there will be the occasional employee that huffs and puffs when you ask for help. Honestly, I just really love that I can go get two of my favorite things in the same building . It's also really close to the hospital so when my husband has procedures, I pop in and browse the books while I'm waiting. Thank you, Barnes & Noble for being such a happy place !

Mike Horning, my verizon representative was very friendly and helpful. I preordered an iPhone 6, and missed not one, but two pick up meetings (my fault, not theirs). When I was held up at work and missed the second meeting by over an hour, Mike drove all the way back to the store to make sure I got my phone that day and was professional and friendly the entire time. He was very knowledgable about every option, offering advice, but never pushing me to purchase things I was not interested in. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this verizon store and Mike Horning for future purchases.

I was very specific in my request of wanting to upgrade my tablet and one phone. Both of which were eligible for upgrades. I made it clear to her that I did NOT want insurance on the phone as well. Mariah took it upon herself to change my entire plan, add two new lines to my plan instead of upgrading my lines and added insurance!! All for what? The extra commission? Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently I'm not the first this has happened to. Please watch every single step these shady folks do and get EVERYTHING in writing. I've learned my lesson. Now I understand why I shouldn't order a phone and why I should sit there while they waste time activating it bc it's the only way to prevent this scam!!!

After being jerked around by the GM I was essentially told that manager no longer works here obviously for committing fraud however won't take ANY action to resolve the issue. I…read morelive in garden city now and even though there is a house of dank right down the road I decided I would make the drive to Ypsilanti to the location there. I made an order for pickup for the next day. When I get in they say there policy says to void any orders not picked up by the end of the day. Not a biggie but I put in the comments on the order that I was picking up next day. Somebody should have contacted me to let me know that. The big issue is the budtenders. The guy I spoke with today, I asked for Indica flower. He tells me everything is hybrid now and it could be 50/50 hybrid. I have health issues that make Sativa not good to me. I really need a straight up Indica. I told him this and asked why then do they label strains as indica. He said they don't, they just say grounded. At this point I left. I don't like being told something doesn't exist when I know it does (how else you make a hybrid than crossing a pure sativa and a pure indica). Anyway, totally turns off by this chain now. I will be taking my business who isn't 30 minutes away and telling me indica doesn't exist
