So I listen to his pitch and say once again I'm not really a gamer I don't need this service he ask me why I'm here then and I said to get this one game. He then tells me not to come and buy games directly from his store because if I don't buy what he's trying to sell me he gets a bad mark. What a terrible sales model. Guy was totally rude I will never go back. Oh he also tried to add a game protection charge without asking me. William is a terrible salesman

The employees are always super nice. I've never had an issue in that department. They're helpful…read moreand polite. The only issue with this store is the size of the store. I'm not big on tight spaces and this store doesn't have much room to move around.
