My son loves video games for the Nintendo Switch. This Christmas he wanted me to get him the latest Fortnite game. He has a couple of different versions of it but he of course wanted the latest one. He's 16 so it's not as easy to shop for him. As soon as he told me he wanted that game, I got it for him from this Gamestop location. I ordered it online in early December and went to pick it up that same day. It was ready within two hours. It seems like a new Fortnite game is released every late November, early December in recent years. I've been getting him different versions of the game over the last two or three years. Anyway... I didn't catch the name of the man who was helping me out but he was really nice. He was also friendly and helpful. He got my order from the back right away. My son likes Mario from Super Mario Brothers so I also picked up some socks for him. He liked the game and the socks a lot. He was really excited when I gave him the two gifts. They were two of his favorite Christmas gifts this year. I would come back to this specific Gamestop location the next time my son wants a game and/or Nintendo gift card. I think I actually prefer it over going to Best Buy. Oh and another plus is...it's right next door to Panda Express! I have been coming to this specific Gamestop since I was in high school, maybe even middle school but not exactly positive about that. Customer service has always been a big thing for me and if you treat me well I definitely keep coming back. I truly mean that as this particular location is basically 20 minutes away from my home but I will drive there just because of how well they have treated me throughout the years. Originally it was Sergio and Jorge that kept me coming back with their honest opinions and always treating me like if I was their number 1 customer. Then Rebecca, aka Becky took over as Manager at this location, and at first I was concerned but she has been incredible. Now I can get my games cheaper by $20 if I just buy them online, but it is because of her that I continue coming back. She takes care of me, ensures I am up to date with my pre-orders, ensures I know about the newest posters coming out for a game, I asked her once to let me know when certain things were available for pre-order and she will contact me as soon as possible so I can head right down there. It is this customer service that keeps me coming back, and the same customer service that makes it dangerous for me to shop there. I always end up buying more than what I originally intended but obviously it makes them more happy. I highly recommend this Gamestop because not only are they usually very fast when it comes to handling a busy crowd, but also they will do their best to take care of you and help you with any concerns you may have. The one thing I do not recommend is to never trade in your games at any Gamestop location. Honestly, you can get a better value at Media Xchange, Craigslist, Ebay, or LetGo. Gamestop has never had fair trade in values, but this is mainly because they have to make a profit so I have nothing against it. I am just saying if you want a better value, than you should probably sell your games elsewhere. Although if you do trade here they are very quick about it and probably the fastest I have ever seen at any Gamestop I have been to, and again if you have to trade check the Gamestop app or website for and trade bonuses that you can take advantage of. This Gamestop is incredible and I will continue to come back and pre-order all of my games here as long as the incredible customer service continues. Becky is an expert at ensuring the customer is happy, and honestly if you leave with a bad experience while she's in charge, I am almost 100% positive it was not her fault. She's an unbelievable person and will always strive her hardest to ensure you leave with a positive experience, so treat her nicely even if you do not get the value you are looking for.
