Amazing customer service. The associate, Nick, I believe, was super articulate and treated me with respect. There was an error with a reservation on an item and he worked on sorting it out. Props! I'll keep coming here exclusively for my gaming wants. Thanks GameStop! read more

Being a Pokemon card fan is already difficult in this landscape of scalpers and hoarders. GameStop is the worst offender, being a retailer selling product for way above MSRP and REQUIRING you to pay for their membership to even buy it. it's bad for customers like me who was slightly curious and interested in buying cards, but even worse for younger collector. you guys should be ashamed. read more

They charged me 99.99 dollars when the tag clearly said 86. And the manager said that those were old tags and that the new ones fell off because the item was in the sun but it was on the top shelf . read more

I purchased a switch with a warranty as a gift. someone stole the switch so I went into the store that I purchased it from to pull up a copy of the warranty so that I could get the serial number off the warranty and see if I could find out switch at a resell store. first they refuse to pull up the warranty. they refuse to give me customer service phone number. They start to get frustrated because they don't know why the info is not coming up in their computer and then they insult me and so I called Jared the d word. And Ryan was zero help. In my opinion; NEVER PURCHASE FROM GAMESTOP read more

Horrible customer service seems like every time I go in there they do not want to take the time to see what I have to sell. They are very short tempered and almost smart ass like if that makes sense. If you do not want to work at a Buy Sell shop or a pawnshop like business, then go find another job flipping burgers. Theres 1 kid that is very helpful and always goes through what I have with care and precision. I think he's the only one without a beard. The other three with long hair are completely out of line. Sometimes I've asked for a manager multiple times and they just keep recycling through different people every time I ask . I asked one of them why the price was different on the same item and he mentioned something that had nothing to do with it so when I got home after I had purchased the cheaper one, I found there was a hole in the packaging......... weird that was never mentioned, and that is exactly why the price was lower. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and not doing this, but I've had enough.!!!!!! Please hire people that actually want to be there.!!!!!! I will be buying my games and cards elsewhere for now on so sad I remember coming in here when I was younger and it was like heaven on earth!!!!! Now it's like .... Hmmmm I wonder who's working read more

I can be a bit scatter brained from time to time, and tend to forget things I've ordered from Gamestop. Since I move so frequently I had several orders at several different stores in various cities. I stopped by the store in Davenport, and spoke to the manager Ali, and wanted to offer her a huge thanks! She was able to consolidate all the various orders, which took some considerable coordination on her part, and even identified some funds I had from years ago! Professional, friendly, and terrific attitude! Thanks for helping out Ali!!! read more
