The person that was working there was nice, friendly, and helpful. You have to sign up for a membership and rentals are pretty cheap, a few dollars, plus if you bring them back early, you get a dollar or so credited to your account. Nice. I know that I've seen better- this is no blockbuster, but I like the people there and the service was top notch. Anyway, I don't really go to the beach to watch movies... Plus, it's in the same strip as a grocery store, Chinese place, and ice cream shop- so you can grab a quick bite for a night in or an ice cream and finish the night with a movie.

Absolutely awful! I bought two used ps4 controllers about 2 or 3 months ago. I hardly play video…read moregames because I work a lot. But I do enjoy sitting down and playing when I have free time. But thanks to gamestop that won't happen. I pay over $110 for both of these controllers only to find out both are faulty. The one constantly hold down the "L2" button and isn't usable. And the other constantly says a mix is connected/unconnected the entire time you use it. Also taking the sound from my tv to the imaginary headset. GameStop is selling used controllers for more than Walmart sells a brand new one. When I call or talk to the staff at GameStop their literal words are "I don't know what I can do for you". Wow what help you are. It a fact neither of the controllers were tested before hitting shelf's. They can claim they do but it'd clearly be a lie. Refuses to open the boxes to see if the new cards are inside. Says customers have been coming in looking for it and to check back later. I've seen the other reviews about a manager or someone named Kirby that must've been a real pain, heheheeeee. But I can assure you after shopping here multiple times that the staff at this GameStop are extremely kind and helpful. I also like how they call me "boss" during conversations. It's a funny and kind gesture that goes a long way in making the shopping experience feel more personal and welcoming. This is the GameStop that is the closest by where I live, and I have absolutely no problems with coming back! I'd definitely recommend this store for your standard gaming goods!
