The one at Northwoods mall tends to have a lot more generic cases because people threw out their original cases and manuals. Townline's has more new cases and I tend to find more limited edition games here in better condition. I always get very good service here. One of the employees, who I knew from the Grand Prairie store, even let me try out some store-brand screen protectors for my handheld before buying them, because I'd had problems with the console maker's version. I do wish Gamestop would have more "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" specials like they used to, and I wish they carried more old games, but they're still pretty much the best selection in Peoria, especially since GameCrazy closed.

If she doesn't understand what she's supposed to do for her job then she shouldn't have it. What a rude experience.

They refuse to give you the box when you buy an older game. They claim that they are for "display" purposes only...even if they have like six of the same box on the shelf. That is annoying.
