The people you called did not want to make an appointment but wanted you to let them help you. I refused because you couldn't understand them. Finally I received an appointment, but I was limited to 15 minutes and previous appointments had taken longer than that. I finally cancelled the service because it was originally over $150, then they wanted you to pay a much higher annual fee. I did not renew! They also have limited help on the floor and they are not trained in a lot of areas. A trip there is a waste of time! Good luck East Peoria!!! The joke is on unsuspecting customers!

Jon's skills are impressive and as a retired sales person with 37 years of experience I'm not easily impressed! The reason I originally came to this person still is true several phones later. Jon is educated in his products, understands the customer value of up-selling and explaining the reason it will benefit them. Feature, benefit, advantage, to me is a great way to sell honestly and Jon exemplifies this technique to create a situation where I'm very comfortable purchasing!
