The workers here have the absolute worst customer service imaginable. I went shopping for a game console. It's new, and I had already been to a few stores with no luck. I simply asked the worker if they still had any stock, and the old hag replied "that question hurts my soul. That's my only answer." She then followed it up by telling me that if I wanted one I should have been out shopping three days ago, and I'd be lucky if I got one before Christmas. I ended up going to the Target nearby, and they had multiple Nintendo switch 2s for sale. That woman was incredibly disrespectful. I recognized this was probably a common question, so I tried my best to be kind and quick about the interaction. It is literally her job to field questions about video games. Don't be an ass when you're required to do your job. Don't go to this store if you can help it. Let this store share the same fate as the two GameStops in Norman. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

The employees are extremely rude, not helpful and blatantly not nice. The prices are also well over normal retail prices of other stores. They also say they price match which is simply not true and when asked if they do they just laugh at you. Overall I would not recommend them and especially not here. read more

The people here don't really know what they are talking about. I wanted to buy a Wii U and I had some questions: 1. Does every game let you play it on the game pad with the TV off? 2. How do you switch the gameplay between the TV and the game pad? 3. How do you transfer purchases on your Wii to the Wii U? They didn't have any answers to these questions. A quick google search on my iPhone and I found out the answers. I would think that they would know this info, but maybe I'm expecting to much from minimum wage workers. I still bought the LOZ version of the Wii U and I have been enjoying it for the past week. Bad service, but product is good whether you buy it from Walmart, GameStop , or online. read more

This game stop is a game stop like all the others. It not real clean like some of the other ones you find that are in strip malls. but this one does Have I nice selection of games, services is what you expect from any game stop, trade-in values are pathetic but it's not a lot of places like this are for trade in. They do carry all the new release items. read more

I went here after a horrible experience with Vintage Stock and they were extremely helpful. My son needed a charger for his controller and they not only found me one, but looked up in their inventory and saw that they had some used ones in the back for half the price and saved me money on my purchase! They were even willing to let me trade in my sons Xbox 360 without a controller since I was going to buy a new 360 - Vintage Stock wouldn't let us do that! Twice I was lied to my face that it was pre-order only. They likely have scammed people this way, and probably kids no less. The guy here was extremely rude! I will never return here again! I bought 3 games for my nephew here and was told at purchase I could trade in the game for another if we didn't like as long as it is within 30 days. I came back to trade in one of the games within the time frame. I picked out another game but the guy at the counter tried to scam me into paying almost the list price even after the trade in. He said the trade in value for the game I was exchanging was only a $1.50 but the same exact game was being sold for $10. What is the point of trade if the value decreases dramatically after you purchase it! I called him out on his scam and instead of being apologetic, he told me to get out of his store! Let me begin by saying I have never gone to the mall or any other retailer for "Black Friday deals". My husband and I went to the AMC at Penn Square mall at 10pm to watch Justice League following a late Thanksgiving celebration and were surprised to see nearly the entire mall open and crowds not terrible. We wandered a bit and I headed into Sephora and he walked a few stores down to Gamestop. While I was in line to check out at Sephora (I got one item, because again, this is not our MO) my husband came up and said that they were holding a PS4 for us until 1am if I wanted to get it. It was $199 and came with a $50 gift card. I checked out at 12:34 (receipt available) and walked the few steps to Gamestop. My husband spotted the floor salesman that told him he was holding it while I got in line. The salesman (Michael) walked over and handed me the giftcard and I continued to wait. A sheriff's deputy got in line behind me and a few moments later Michael returned and informed us that they had just sold the system. I said to him "You were holding it for us until one o'clock! How did you sell it?" It was roughly 12:44 at this time. He really didn't have an answer. I placed the now useless giftcard on a rack, informed my husband who was talking to an acquaintance he ran into that they sold it and stormed out. Another salesman told me to "have a nice day" on my way out of the store and I told him I wouldn't because they sold the system they were holding for us and I would be contacting corporate. He just walked off. I walked several stores away when my husband caught up to me and we both continued to voice our frustrations to each other and finally decided to go back into the store and demand a raincheck for Michael's blatant error. We walked in and went to the back counter where nearly every employee was congregating and I asked for a manager. A young red headed woman stated she was the manager and I explained the situation all the while Michael is hiding behind her. I told her I wanted the same deal because Michael told my husband he was holding the system until 1am. She told us that she called my husband's name and he didn't answer so they sold it to the next person. I looked at Michael and asked him why he didn't tell my husband he couldn't leave the store (my husband chimed in and reminded him that he explicitly told him he was going to walk down to Sephora and ask me if I wanted it because I've been considering upgrading for the last month). He didn't really answer and I pointed directly at him and said "Why did you tell him you were holding it until 1? Don't lie to me Michael, you don't know what I do for a living." Again, I got a blank stare. The manager then said we are making a scene.  And?!? How about an apology and/or making the situation right? She then said she would call security. I replied "So? What are they going to do?" The police officer who was in line behind me was now adjacent to us and made no comment other than to say they could ask us to leave. He obviously did not feel we were being overly disruptive or threatening and never moved from the counter. The "manager" then stated "I'm asking you to leave." I said "Ok, I'm leaving" and walked out of the store. My husband said he had an expletive or two for Michael (immature), neither of which I heard, but he deserved at least that after lying, disappointing us and and COMPLETELY wasting our time. The bottom line is I do expect Gamestop to make this right. There wasn't a single employee in that store trained in basic retail skills, communication, customer service or even basic human decency. The supposed manager was so "uncomfortable" dealing with a mistake by her employee that she was shaking and demanding we leave instead of finding solutions. read more
