The girl working tonight was not helpful. You could tell instantly she had no interest in helping/speaking to me when I walked through the door. Luckily she gave me a number of the West Babylon GameStop & they were very helpful and took the time to speak to me. I would recommend skipping a trip to the north Babylon location. read more

I go here all the time, and sometimes I have to bring my 5 year old with me and I never have any complaints. Every employee there is basically on a first name basis with me and they go above and beyond when my little one comes in with me. One time my mom has to go in and make a purchase for me when I was sick, and the manager (tom I believe) recognized me by the phone number she gave. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. I would absolutely recommend them over any other GS in my area simply because of the staff alone, and they have such a variety of games/toys that both my son and I can get. I wish they had more amiibos, but that's just nitpicking. I genuinely appreciate how much effort the staff in this store put in to making sure their customers feel like they should keep coming back. read more

I'm shocked this store is still in business. Went here today with intention of buying PS4 game. Couldn't find game I was looking for so I went to go stand in line (only one person ahead of me that was being helped). 15 minutes in and the guy doesn't ask me if I need assistance and doesn't acknowledge me either. You know it's bad when you walk into a non crowded game store mid day and can't get any assistance. I left the store, I'll buy the game from somewhere else. read more
