Recently I had a difficulty with my phone (of my own doing). That required about an hour to repair. The manager (Antwon) stepped in and utilized his expertise to fix the problem. Believe me, it was beyond the call of duty and took multiple phone calls. It is helpful to remember, with all the low cost plans and "comealongs" that the lowest price is not always the best deal. She and I went online…read moreand bought the iPhone 13 for $98, increasing our monthly bill by about $22/mo for the next 36 months. I thought we had done a reasonable job with the purchase. We then needed help moving her old phone contents over to the new phone. She brought the phone over to our local Verizon Store and met with Jimmy Crabtree who moved her contents over successfully and then let me know that there was a great deal for an iPhone 13 upgrade for me. I was VERY leery of the call since my current iPhone was working fine and I like to keep my costs down. But the deal was so good ($100 down, $2 extra per month), I decided to meet with Jimmy to discuss it. Again, I am always leery of sales pitches and sales people. I just met with Jimmy this morning and learned that the purchase I made for my daughter's new iPhone 13 could have equaled my own if I had made that purchase from the Verizon store. Jimmy let me know that there are deals that professional salespeople have access to see that the public does not. He also candidly explained that sometimes, on rare occasion, you can get a better deal online, but without comparing it to the deals he has access to, I cannot make an informed decision. So, I bought my new iphone and otterbox case (he closely matched Amazon's price) from Jimmy at Verizon and bought the other new equipment that the iPhone 13 requires (25 Watt C charging power adaptor block), but does not come with, from Amazon because I could get it cheaper there than with Verizon. While I am disillusioned with Apple because each new iPhone upgrade requires the purchase of the same items over and over again (phone case, charging block, car phone charger) due to minor changes in iPhone specs between versions, I am VERY PLEASED with Jimmy Crabtree. I now rely on him as my 'inside man' who can figure out the best deal for me. My family of 3 will always go to Jimmy Crabtree at Verizon anytime we need to upgrade to learn the best deals for us!!

That never happened, even after several months, and my external hard drive has vanished, completely gone. They totally deny it. Secondly, the one computer had a broken screen on it - that was supposed too have been replaced. NO WAY AT ALL!!!!!! It is exactly the same as when I took it in. It is still broken and unusable. The attitude of the people in the store was uncompromising even though they had not repaired it. They dictated to me that I would have to purchase a new screen rather than their fixing it as they were supposed to do. They told me the owner would have to be called, and he was not available on the weekends. They were adamant! A second employee came out and told me I had to leave because they would not repair it as had been paid for. In addition, I had called them earlier before driving way over to their store which is most difficult to find parking, etc. They do not stand behind their work. Perhaps they know how to do cell-phone repair, but they are completely inadequate when it comes to repairing computers or changing screens. I feel this store is a scam, at least for computers. They DO NOT stand behind their work. MY ADVICE - BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
