We came in yesterday and Brittney S. and her staff greeted us warmly and worked a lot with us. We couldn't stay because of an appointment, so we came back today. Brittney was here again and she was excited to see us come back. She walked us through the different models we were considering and answered all of our questions. When my wife was looking at cases and pop sockets, she joined in and made it a lot of fun. She did everything that she could to help us. My old phone had some issues and took a long time to backup, but she was understanding and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and to make our move to ATT fun and exciting! Thanks Brittney!

Service was by far the worst and I will never shop at this location again. I could not differentiate the difference between the manager and a customer. If the associates weren't wearing their name badge I would not have known the difference between them and the regular people walking in. I was surprised to see the manager and some of sale associates wearing fuzzy slippers and jail house slides. Walked in store and no one greeted me. Spent over 2 hrs walking around shopping. Someone finally acknowledged that I was there. As I walked around some of the associates smelled like weed. While in the store the music was vulgar, the music playing had profanity and I was very uncomfortable. The bad thing about this location is that they are very few cashiers that like their jobs. Just about every time I walk into this store the cashiers are unhappy aggravated with huge attitudes. Not all but a good many. Walked in today, made a purchase, handed the cashier $100 bill. After about a minute of huffing and puffing and claiming she had no change she turned to one of her coworkers and asked if she had change. No response. So what did I have to do? Empty my pockets and see if I have enough quarters, dimes and nickels to make this purchase and how much money does this corporation make and they don't have change at 1 o'clock in the afternoon or the will to get the change for a customer? Some people don't belong on a register and I wish the stores would do a better job at placing the people at the registers who have pleasant dispositions. I'm just saying. No issues, no dropping or banging it, it stopped making contact. They said it was passed the 30 day manufacturers warranty. No goodwill attempt no prorating no man that sucks.
