Because of the former people, I know these type of places won't be around for too much longer. But in the meantime, I will use video game stores. Especially if they are as close as this location is to my house. Just like with any store, browsing this place makes me want to spend a ton of money. But due to time restraints and wife repercussions, I only have time for so many video games throughout the year. So recently I had a game in mind that I wanted and it was already a couple of years old. So buying a used copy was definitely the way to go price-wise. The check out time here is a little long from time to time. But I am a pretty patient person, so I didn't mind waiting. As I mentioned, the inventory is pretty extensive. Even though they have run out of a couple of things I tried to get on their release date. But overall, a pretty good store that serves its purpose for me.

Beware ordering online from the "Bookstore" I placed an order from the "Bookstore" for fan gear…read moreonly to find it being shipped in numerous orders from different vendors. I needed to return several items only to find that you had to initiate a separate return for items in different shipments...only to be charged a shipping fee on EACH item. I called the Bookstore to see if I could return it all there and NO only certain items actually come from there and could be returned there. Offered no option other than pay shipping on each item. Only after you initiate the return and receive the shipping label do you see where it is actually going, it gives you no option as to where items can be returned. I could have returned a couple of items to the store and saved $20. All in all, spent $40 to return 4 items that could all fit in one mailer bag. Will never shop there again.

They did not respond to a single phone call or email and charged me anyway. Can't go in person because the line is wrapped around the building all day and I work. Had to dispute with the bank. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Don't even know if they have customer service because I still haven't heard back from them. Just go to McGraw or amazon. Cheaper and they'll actually respond to you within 2 weeks.

With that said, THE STORE appears to be FAIRLY CLEAN but the RESTROOMS are ABSOLUTELY and I mean POSITIVELY DISGUSTING! Please please don't allow your love ones to use these facilities... stop on the side of the road and use a bag or bucket so you won't risk the contamination. You're Welcome
