They had a great selection of fabrics and ribbon that I originally came for! Regina was working very hard at the fabric counter. She even helped me find a lining fabric I was looking for. She was really hustling to keep up with the line of customers waiting to get fabric cut. There were several other HL employees in the area, milling around maybe stocking items but it would have been great if they took the initiative to clear off the other cutting table that had a few bolts of fabric on it and helped to get the line of 3-4 people waiting. When I had walked into the store there was a huge line of people waiting to check out. Luckily by the time I was ready, it was down to a few. It just seemed like there were plenty of employees to assist in both cutting fabric and checking out that perhaps the store manager could better allocate them instead of stocking, which can be done during slow times. Overall, I had a good experience and found what I needed.

My daughter and I always head over to Play on The Strand with our pockets full of quarters. We head straight to the back and hit up the arcade. They've got some pinball machines back there along with a couple of arcade games. We fill their machines up with quarters then check out all the cool toys they have. They have a lot of cool toys in there and my daughter seems to always sucker me into buying her something when we leave. I always enjoy supporting small businesses here in Galveston, and their toys are of good quality. I highly recommend a visit to anyone who visits The Strand. Grab you a pocket full of quarters and stop by. Enjoy.

I'd been dealing with Sprint over charges for months. I've gone to the Sprint store in League City and have made multiple phone calls with absolutely no representative able to help. Turns out, I was right! I've been charged an over charge of $25 plus tax for the last seven months. Within 15 minutes, Lorena took care of the problem and I was credited for the over charge. I don't think I'll ever go to any other Sprint store or call, as phone representatives, in my experience, have not been helpful. Thank you, Lorena!
