My dad went in to return the brand new controller he got me only to find out they didn't even give…read moreus the money they owed us but shorted us the money. My dad comes home and says how the sales person at the desk said it was on sale, therefore the reasoning for not getting the money back but I can guarantee you all that it was not on sale. I've been going to this place since I was a kid and never have had problems but it seems very sketchy to me. With all of the places that have GameStop I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER.

Absolute refusal to give teacher discount though I had my old card and teacher ID that I showed at…read morethe register. Was told I couldn't get the discount because they store was "closed." Est amount I spent there last month was $250. The ridiculous part is that they remembered me and my purchases. This is exactly why amazon does the business they do. Hit Target on the Buy 2 get one Free music and you can get great prices on vinyl. Or try VCvinyl or VCvalue on whatnot for $5-$10 records I've seen at this location for $20-$25. I've traded items in for measly amounts of cash, and that was my choice, but this last experience was ridiculous. I'm a believer in brick & mortar stores, but there are other options these days if service lacks like this.
