I was never asked if I needed help but noticed that everyone else was getting top notch customer service. I didnt get that. I had to ask for help and I just felt like I was not wanted in this store. When I checked out the person didnt even count my change back to me. So I had to count it right in front of him just to make sure it was correct. I almost left with out purchasing this particular game but my son had been looking for this game for a while now and I didnt want to disappoint him. But I will never set foot in this store again.
