Instead of trying to help peoples problems and make more customers they instead don't care about you and will toss you to the side. They don't want your business nor do they care for it Edit- this guy loves to make you look like the bad guy if you even think about making a bad comment. I'll say this here like I did elsewhere. Instead of helping me with my issue you guys took the issue up to 10. If your first instinct when you get a complaint is to just cancel them and make them never want to be a customer anymore than good luck. You are gonna make a lot of angry customers. And when they do get angry you make it seem like you never did anything wrong. I never was abusive to your staff and yeah I was a little rude but when I hear that you guys ran out of stock and are making people wait for the restock how is that preorder? You simply oversold your stock and don't want to admit it or say sorry. It's really funny actually since on Yelp it asks how can we improve? Well you can improve by trying to reason with customers instead of belittling them and making enemies out of them Edit- no response to the fact that they oversold btw. Just trying to discredit me. Lmao I think you don't understand how bad this looks for you. Buying preorders from you isn't worth it or isn't credible. You don't own up to your mistakes nor do you make up for them. You oversold your preorders so you didn't have any left. I mean what a great business plan.

I wasted my Saturday going to…read morethis store because the employees didn't take 1 minute to verify my order was available for pickup when i called ahead to verify my order was ready. I had a very busy week upcoming before traveling and really needed to get a new phone that day therefore I placed my order over the phone with a customer service rep for Verizon not associated with this store location earlier that morning. After the store opened and my order was placed I called the store and asked when my phone would be ready since to pick up since it was going take a while to drive out to this store. They said I could come in and pick it up. When I got to the store I waited over thirty minutes to be helped then was told they didn't have the phone in stock and couldn't fulfill my order. They recommended I try a different store and said they couldn't help unless I wanted to wait for the phone to be sent to the store. I explained the whole reason I didn't have it sent to my house was that it was time sensitive and if I wanted to wait for one to be sent I wouldn't waste time having it sent to a store. I called the Verizon customer back and asked if they would be able to transfer the order to a different store that had my phone and was told they could not. That the order would have to be canceled out and a new order created. I had already spent a lot of time that morning setting that order up with the Sunday ticket package and my perks and didn't want to have to start over. They recommended that I go to a different store and see if they could duplicate my order. The store they recommended was walking distance from my house and the original store I asked to use when I first called to set up my order, but was told that store wasn't eligible for in store pick up. After I drove home I walked over to that store and was told I couldn't do the offer the original Verizon agent said I could and said I would have to add a new line which would end up costing an extra $2199 over 36 months. No thanks! I ended up leaving the store without a new phone. After being with Verizon for a few years I am now in the process of switching carriers because of their false advertising and misleading/poor customer service. TESO Life in Brooklyn is an Asian home goods store with multiple locations across the NYC area. I…read morewalked into a large, well managed space stocked heavily toward Asian beauty and cosmetics, which is where this location distinguishes itself most clearly. The makeup and skincare selection is one of the more comprehensive I have found for Asian brands in New York, covering Japanese and Korean products across a range of price points, and the store maintains inventory well enough that shelves are consistently stocked on repeat visits. The claw machines are a notable feature here and occupy enough floor space to be a draw in their own right. I noticed the Pokemon chest slot machine gets a lot of play, and the prizes are generally considered relatively easy to win compared to the price you pay to play. Blind boxes and figurines round out the toy section, with anime and Pokemon merchandise well represented throughout. Snacks and imported goods fill the remaining sections and cover enough variety that browsing is part of the appeal. The store is clean and the layout is navigable without much effort, which matters in a space this densely stocked. Pricing on some beauty products runs close to or slightly above what I would pay at a general retailer like Sephora for the same items, so it is worth cross checking on anything I am buying specifically for value. The strength here is access to products that are harder to find outside of specialty Asian beauty retailers rather than price advantage on items that are widely available elsewhere. Staff at the register were consistently friendly. For Asian beauty products and a browsable mix of snacks, figures, and claw machines in one location, TESO Life in Brooklyn covers a lot of ground in a single stop.
