Everyone else is always so nice but for some reason he doesn't like me and my kids. He acts like I'm an inconvenience and it's just weird. He'll tell me he doesn't have time to go through my trades so I'll leave them and they get to them when they can. Ive never had an issue doing that, but then I'll ask if he can pull a 4 card order and he gripes about it while he's in the middle of doing someone's trade in. Why does he do this for others but never me? Who knows. My little kids have even asked why he does this. Unfortunately, the vibes from this last visit have somewhat changed my feelings. Having had prior experience with them I recently took in a broken gold necklace for repair. After several weeks without any calls, I stopped in only to find that the necklace had been sent off to repair and not yet returned. After about 2 weeks I stopped in again only to find still no return. I directed the clerk to recall the item from repair, and I would be back at week's end to get it, repaired or not. About 10 days later I stopped in and retrieved the broken necklace. No mention was made why the item hadn't been repaired. Needless to say, this business will NEVER see me again for any reason, nor would I ever recommend anyone to deal with this business.
