Everyone else is always so nice but for some reason he doesn't like me and my kids. He acts like I'm an inconvenience and it's just weird. He'll tell me he doesn't have time to go through my trades so I'll leave them and they get to them when they can. Ive never had an issue doing that, but then I'll ask if he can pull a 4 card order and he gripes about it while he's in the middle of doing someone's trade in. Why does he do this for others but never me? Who knows. My little kids have even asked why he does this. Unfortunately, the vibes from this last visit have somewhat changed my feelings. The rest of the crew are always cool.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND FAIR DEALING -- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!…read more I recently visited Arkansas Gold and Silver Exchange in Rogers to sell some gold jewelry, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. The staff was incredibly courteous and professional from the moment I walked in. They tested everything in front of me, and answered my questions without any pressure. They offered me a competitive price based on current market values, far better than what I had been quoted elsewhere, and everything was transparent with no hidden fees. It is clear that they prioritize honesty and building trust with customers. If you are buying or selling preciuos metals in NW Arkansas, this is a great place to go. I'll definitely be back again, and continue to recommend them. Ben McCauley
