Gamestop turned holliday shopping out! In line I was given a number and asked what I needed, the kind young lady then told me my items would be waiting at the couter for me. Upon arriving at the counter Kevin (who full on inspired me with his amazing attitude and customer service) pulled a Jordan on me and let me know that, if I wanted, I could get the same system with a $40 game preinstalled! It was amazing. I was in and out of a packed store in ten minutes.

Not only is this poor customer service, but it is indecent human treatment. I have already contacted corporate and will be seeking the advice of a lawyer considering that this is negatively affecting my husband's mental health. Hopefully in the future a job change may help these employees to treat people with plain human decency, but until then I would not recommend this store. Buyer definitely beware. After reading a few mom blogs, I learned about GameTruck. The owner (I think he's the owner) Erik and his assistants are great. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The kids really enjoyed themselves, and Erik and his two assistants that he was training did an excellent job of managing all 20 (yes, 20!) kids. If I had to do it all again, I would book GameTruck in a heartbeat.

However in here to deliver the facts and fact is this is not the greatest GameStop ever. The customer service is phenomenal, just like Any GameStop. However I see the retention rates are high because a lot of employees come and go and/or don't always seem happy. My only problem I've ever had was pre ordering Pokémon sun & moon and I called to see if they were going to do a midnight release. I was told YES. I got there at 11pm and there was a sign up that said no midnight release, just opening at 8am. I emailed a manager and never heard back, I was annoyed. Never will I pee order there again.
