I originally was looking to replace 2 windows that broke on my garage door. I had received quotes on fixing them & was even told to replace them myself & one company charged an estimate fee to come out. Then here comes Jason to the rescue! He came out for free to give an estimate. I was running late & he measured while he waited. He even cleaned some of the broken glass left on the door & removed a bad light buld in my garage.He quoted me a fair price to replace the windows then gave a recommendation to replace my 29 yr old garage. Never returned calls or texts. We had a court date on 2/11/2020 and he didn't show up. With court fees and have to hire a private process server. He currently owes me over $2300. When asked to return the funds he didn't respond for months until I threatened legal action; he then said he "had the check on him and would drop it off". Probably the worst company in town! Beware of doing any business with them. I had worst experience with them. I had issues with my garage door and thought of giving them a try. I called up Jason and he seemed quite professional and I thought the job will be done without much issues. Jason sent Casey for inspection to fix the door and looking at the repair he mentioned that it might be cheaper to replace garage motor. Trusting him I agreed for $300. So after a week Casey returned back with a new Craftsman garage door opener and started to dismantle it. When installing he barely had any clue on how to setup the new system. He used youtube as a reference to put together and then be able to program it. I was surprised to see it. Anyway I let it pass as I had already committed to them. However to my utter astonishment they did not replace the keypad at all. When I asked them about it they quoted me additional $150 to do so. I was shocked as when replacing a unit it is all but expected to replace in its entirety. Casey bargained for $50 and then said that he will checkout the device and soon install it. And that was the last conversation I ever had with them. Since then he stopped picking my phone, I called numerous times but to no avail. Now I have non compatible useless keypad and motor! Couple of days later the garage door only opened half way through and hit my Acura when trying to back up breaking up my tail light. The repair itself is far expensive then what I paid for garage repair. I gave them one job to do and they did half of it and that too not properly. That's Gameday Garage for you :(. ** Conclusion For me it was a very bad experience with them. But because of Casey I did learned that youtube is not only helpful to them but could be helpful to us as well. My strong suggestion to everyone reading this is to try and see if there are any helpful videos in youtube before reaching out to anyone. And if at all you do not find a solution then I am sure that there are far better people out there who would professionally handle your job than Gameday Garage Doors! read more

Apparently I have been scammed by this company. $1722.00 was paid to them on February 18, 2020 for our garage door. I was informed two weeks later on the install date. The date came and went. I received an e-mail to reschedule the installation in March. Nothing has happened . . . and now there is no communication with Jason Hunt via e-mails. Great experience with Gameday Garage. Jason came out within 45 minutes of me calling to give me a quote. He gave me very competitive pricing and was very knowledgeable. When I told him that I wanted to wait until I got a few more quotes he was very professional and polite! I ended up going with Gameday and I am So happy I did. Casey, the technician, came out and did an excellent job! He was very friendly and did a great job setting me up with a new garage door. He was presented with a very difficult job because of the age of my wires and house. The entire time he was so polite and respectful of his work. He even said one time he was trying to not be so loud because he didn't want to wake up my 3 month old!... (he wasn't being loud) but I thought it was very kind and respectful to have even thought about that. Casey finished and when he was finished he even offered to stay and help me sweep out my garage. The owner Jason Hunt is extremely unprofessional and has terrible customer service. After having scheduled a date and time window for him to come he shows up 3 hours earlier with out notifying me before arriving. Since I was at work I was concerned that 1. The job would be completed properly and 2. How to be able to pay him once he was done. He told me that he would send me an invoice and I could mail him a check. I mailed the check and noticed that almost after 2 weeks it had not been deposited. A few days after that the check arrives in my mail box with a yellow sticker on it saying "undeliverable business address". Stephanie in the office began to call and I told her what happened and sent another check in a different envelope. The same thing happened and that check was also sent back with the same yellow sticker. I sent them an email to let them know what was going on and she stated that she would try to come by to pick up the check. I never heard from her but Jason left a message saying he fired her that he would come get it. Weeks go by and he never showed up but decided to send me a text message saying he was getting his "legal team" to contact me and stated that he knows I tried to send him payment a few times. I would give a zero if I could. I have known the owner over 20 years, and although he's alway been arrogant and pompas, I never thought bad, was I ever so wrong. So when my son in law was looking for a job, I figured he was in good hands working for Jason. I couldn't have been more wrong. January 3rd my son in law was fired (Jason says he quit), either way is irrelevant . On top of the 3 recorded melt downs my son in law filmed which shows the Jason completely losing it as if he were 3 years old having a temper tantrum, he cusses his staff (including his mother which blew my mind when I saw the video), calls them names, threatens them AND he has them sign a paper (which per my lawyer holds no legal weight) that says if they do not work with him a full season he keeps their last check up to $350. Not hold, keeps, as in never pays them for the hours they have worked. So he can cuss them, belittle, call them names, abuse them, he can abuse his employees and if they leave him, he can keep the money they worked for? Now, being I know for fact he has (or has had) multiple employees who have worked for him illegally (which I can prove since he has apparently abused several of his formar employees who were eager to talk), i would assume that someone pushing back is not something is is used to. If they aren't here legally there isn't anything they can do when they don't get paid or are mentally and emotionally abused by Jason and his behavior. That would not be the case this time. We are going to let a judge decide this one. I would warn any consumer that any employer who treats his staff the way Jason has treated his employees, the very people that do the work that makes them money, could careless about their customers. And based on his reviews on Google, YELP, and other sites, his customers are saying the same. read more

I have used Gameday twice in the past two years. Jason is very knowledgeable in his trade, and does excellent work for a reasonable price!
