But this was tempting, and I did get a Snap-Tite for Kid K. Leaning towards trains, but also plenty of car and plane and armor kits. Lots of Playmobil stuff. Other toys and collectibles. Reasonable prices considering. Good selection, friendly service. Small amount of parking out front, and I think (hope) the side lot is shared with the bike shop- easy to miss the pull-off from High. Not sure why I waited so long, but I'll be back sooner.

A second, larger train layout is located around the corner, where the Hocking Valley Model Railroad Club has a very nice set up. They have some good step stools available too, so those who need it can get a better look at all of the neat details and the trains. The store offers a wide variety of hobby models, including not only a good selection of train items, of course, but also planes, monster trucks, and even some neat animals and dinos. In the back are some glass display cases where they show off some completed models, which were neat to see too. There's a small parking lot to the side of the building.

I normally get cards and sleeves here (huge selection), but recently I came in to get some paints and brushes after picking up 40k again, the guy behind the counter asked how I was doing and what I was thinking of painting. He also mentioned that any of the employees are happy to talk tips and technique on all sorts of modelling after I mentioned that I had been away from the hobby for ages. It's not easy finding a place that openly welcoming and charismatic towards beginners, and it really sold me on wanting to come back.

One of the owners ( two brother) helped me picked what he said was the best starter pack out currently. After talking to Tony I found out that he runs this store while also being a full time Soldier and just returned from a deployment. On that Thank you for everything you do and thank you to your loved ones. There is a candy shop and coffee shop downstairs. The candy shop is amazing too. It's only open 12-5 though. This store has everything for the hard core collector in your life or the hardcore card game player that you are. You need to check this place out in person or online. Seriously the best. Oh I almost forgot, he also hooked me up with a poster he had of all the Pokemon for my son's birthday.

The space has a nice large room with multiple ling tables and chairs to play. A selection of merchandise from various franchises is available along one side. Next to the counter is access to a smaller room that looked, to this absolute layperson on the topic, like a very impressive setup for both playing and shopping for Warhammer. The calendar looked to be packed with opportunities to play various tabletop games and cards. Good location in the Kenny Centre Mall near all of those awesome restaurants and plenty of parking in the shopping center lot.
